Russell was our eye doctor for many years and so we grew close to him and his wonderful smiling face. We have met thousands of wonderful people in our long lives and Russell is at the top. Russell has one of the best laughs in the universe. God now has one of our best. Russell's wonderful family will carry his memories forward as we will in our home. God bless Russell and his Family.

I am very sorry to hear of Russ’s passing. I was in his Optometry School Class of 1990 and his very first roommate in the dorms. I remember he flew into Chicago to move into the dorms and the airlines lost all his luggage. He had to go out the first day and buy some clothes. They delivered his luggage I believe several days later if I remember clearly. What a way to start 4 years in Chicago. Always a friendly guy in school. My sympathy to all of his remaining family.... Ed
